      DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

      We do not offer free samples of our products. However, we do carry items in a variation of quantities and sizes for customers who do not wish to commit to a large purchase.

       

      Do your products contain nuts or other known allergens?

      Nearly everything we produce contains nut oils in some form or fashion. We are not gluten-free and use many grain products throughout our line. Please be aware of this when ordering. Some people have sensitivities to seed or wheat products and we do utilize these as well. Our products are made to be safe for normal external use, but those with allergic sensitivities should be cautioned and exercise their own judgment about whether our products will be safe for their own use or not. AS WITH ANY CONSUMER PRODUCT, YOU SHOULD SPOT TEST BEFORE USING OUR PRODUCTS. OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT HYPOALLERGENIC IN NATURE AND WILL HAVE VARYING RESULTS.

      We accept most major Credit Cards and PayPal.

       

      Is my credit card information secure?

      Our shopping cart is encrypted and for added security, your credit card number never appears on any receipts. Our payment processor is PCI compliant and we take all precautions necessary to guard all personal information. For more information, please see Privacy Policy.

       

      Do you test on animals?

      We do not test our products on animals. Never have and never will. We are proudly Peta Certified Cruelty-Free + Vegan.

       

      I have concerns that there are heavy metals in cosmetic products, are there?

      Consumer safety is our top priority. Heavy metals are not added to any of our products.

      Please know we are really proud to be processing all shipments in-house at our facility in New Hampshire. We take a lot of care and extra steps to ensure safe delivery of our awesome goods to our amazing customers (thank you!!). We definitely strive for perfection and welcome your feedback about your experience receiving our products so we can find ways to improve our operation.

We ship most packages via FedEx or United States Postal Service. When you select FedEx as your carrier choice at checkout, please note commercial addresses will be delivered via FedEx Ground and most U.S. Residential addresses will arrive via FedEx Home Delivery.

COVID-19 Delivery Notice

Please note that our preferred shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) may experience delivery delays due to increased overall shipment volume during COVID-19.

 

What if my package doesn't arrive or is missing?

We take extra care to package orders well and provide fast tracking information so you can follow your package to your front door. We understand there are sometimes circumstances that result in misdirection of packages. We are not responsible for missing or late arriving packages. You will need to contact the carrier of your choosing directly and work with them to locate your package. Most often we find that packages are left with a neighbor.

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.

 

Can an order be shipped on my FedEx/UPS account so I can save on shipping?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders we process, we are unable to use customer's shipping account numbers. Should there be any damaged or missing items in your order, we would not be able to submit a claim for you or send you a replacement.

Can I pick up my order?

All orders placed through www.samsnatural.com will be shipped to their destination via a commercial carrier. For safety, insurance, and logistical reasons customers cannot pick-up orders from our warehouse.

 

Do you ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes?

Yes. Shipping to PO or APO/FPO boxes is only available through the United States Postal Service.

 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

You can calculate an estimated shipping cost before you check out right in the shopping cart! To calculate shipping charges, add your items to the shopping cart. Just below the subtotal, you will see "Shipping Calculator". Enter your zip or postal code, then click "Calculate Shipping", This will provide shipping costs for the items in your cart. The online shipping estimate will tell you exactly how much you will be charged for shipping.

 

Do I have to sign for delivery?

No, you will not have to sign for delivery. Without signature, you are acknowledging that neither the shipping provider nor Naturally Uncommon, LLC are responsible for replacing product in the event that your order is missing. If you prefer to request signature-required service, please contact us immediately after your order is placed. Signature service is an additional cost generally between $2.50-5.00 per package due prior to your order shipment.

 

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we do ship to Canada! We love our Canadian friends and loyalists. Please note though, any duties, taxes, or fees due at the time of delivery are separate from our shipping and handling charges and you are responsible for payment of any applicable fees.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! In addition to the United States and Canada, we ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and several others. To see which countries, just add your items to your cart and then view the Shipping Rates Calculator at the bottom of your cart page and you'll see the dropbox country options. You can see rates immediately just as other countries. Please note, any duties, taxes, or fees due at the time of delivery are separate from our shipping and handling charges and you are responsible for payment of any applicable fees.

 

How much will the duties and taxes be for my order?

Naturally Uncommon, LLC is a US based company. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility on any items shipping outside of the United States. The charge shown on our site’s shipping calculator will not show these fees and they will be calculated and charged by the foreign mail handler and due upon delivery.

Please note, your billing information must match the information associated with the credit card you are using to place the order. We do not require registration to place an order.

    The MY ACCOUNT section of samsnatural.com can be used for a variety of things: changing your user information, checking a current order's status, and viewing past orders. To access the my account section, while either shopping or viewing the main page, click on SIGN IN at the top of the screen. In order to use the MY ACCOUNT feature you must be a registered user. All of the information we receive from you in the registration process is transmitted over a secure server and kept in a secure location. You can only access your information after logging in with the unique email and password combination you created during registration, so you can rest easy knowing your information is safe!

    If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase from our website, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, less shipping fees and any applicable discounts taken.
